Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Life Underwriting Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance strategy for Life New Business & Underwriting solutions, including product positioning and market messaging
• Drive the creation of new product concepts and manage solution packaging and marketing communications
• Provide ongoing strategic consultation to support major customer accounts and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in an insurance or technology company focused on innovation and/or product development
• 5-7+ years of life insurance or adjacent market experience strongly preferred
• Project management and business analysis skills/experience
• Strong collaboration skills with a comfort in working with ambiguity
