Director of Lifecycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle business and drive customer growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own lifecycle as a business function, focusing on LTV, contribution margin, and repeat purchase velocity
• Define and operationalize lifecycle KPIs tied to financial outcomes
• Build a long-term lifecycle strategy identifying growth levers across the customer journey

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth roles in high-growth DTC or ecommerce businesses
• Proven experience owning lifecycle as a business driver with impact on LTV and margin efficiency
• Deep understanding of customer economics and cohort analysis
• Strong experience with BI and attribution tools
• Proven people leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams
