Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time remote Director of Lifecycle Growth will manage initiatives to enhance returning student bookings and customer retention through lifecycle marketing, product collaboration, and innovative engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive lifecycle contribution to returning student bookings and retention growth
- Develop and execute lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewal, reactivation, and upsell
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create compelling offers and improve customer experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, growth, or product marketing roles
- Proven experience owning revenue-impacting growth or retention initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience with marketing automation and ESP platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation opportunities within lifecycle marketing
