Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies for trial activation, subscriber conversion, and retention
  • Establish lifecycle performance metrics and build reporting frameworks to demonstrate impact on company growth
  • Optimize CRM execution and marketing strategies across email, push, and in-app channels
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or engagement marketing for digital products
  • Proven success in improving ARPU, LTV, activation, and retention through data-driven programs
  • Expertise with CRM and data platforms such as Iterable, Segment, or Databricks
  • Strong experimentation background with hands-on experience in A/B testing
  • Experience in building reporting frameworks and communicating insights to senior leadership
