Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS - Direct Response).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver 30-40%+ of total company revenue through lifecycle channels
- Architect and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, including acquisition and post-purchase strategies
- Manage technical execution within Klaviyo, ensuring deliverability and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing in a DTC CPG or subscription business
- Proven experience managing large-scale lists (2-3M+ subscribers)
- Demonstrated success driving 30%+ of company revenue from Email/SMS
- Deep expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and deliverability
- Strong technical fluency with data flows, tracking, and integrations
