Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Lifecycle Marketing responsible for driving enterprise-wide communications strategy and performance optimization across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Lifecycle Marketing team and present strategies to senior leadership
- Define and govern enterprise communications strategy and drive process enhancements for improved performance
- Implement NBA-driven decisioning and AI-enabled tools to optimize campaign automation and audience targeting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7 - 10 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and digital marketing technologies
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
