Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to engage users throughout the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize lifecycle programs for onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention
- Build and evolve sophisticated, trigger-based workflows using behavioral data and real-time signals

Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing as a revenue-driving channel
- Expertise in Iterable for designing and executing complex customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Effective communication skills to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
