Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver 30-40%+ of total company revenue through lifecycle channels, including Email and SMS
  • Architect and optimize customer journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Lead direct-response messaging strategy and ensure all campaigns have clear revenue-driven objectives


Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a DTC CPG or subscription business
  • Proven experience managing large-scale lists (2-3M+ subscribers) or multiple segmented lists
  • Demonstrated success in driving 30%+ of company revenue from Email/SMS
  • Deep expertise in Klaviyo and direct response marketing strategies
  • Strong technical fluency in deliverability best practices and data integration
