Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver 30-40%+ of total company revenue through lifecycle channels, including Email and SMS
- Architect and optimize customer journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Lead direct-response messaging strategy and ensure all campaigns have clear revenue-driven objectives
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a DTC CPG or subscription business
- Proven experience managing large-scale lists (2-3M+ subscribers) or multiple segmented lists
- Demonstrated success in driving 30%+ of company revenue from Email/SMS
- Deep expertise in Klaviyo and direct response marketing strategies
- Strong technical fluency in deliverability best practices and data integration
