Job Summary
Driving lifecycle marketing initiatives, the full-time Director of Lifecycle Marketing will develop and implement strategies for subscriber acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple family organization brands in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive trial activation, new subscriber conversion, and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Content, and Data teams to align lifecycle initiatives with company growth objectives
- Own CRM execution and optimize email, push, and in-app marketing strategies through data-driven campaigns and A/B testing
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or engagement marketing for digital products
- Proven success in improving ARPU, LTV, activation, and retention through data-driven lifecycle programs
- Expertise with CRM and data platforms such as Iterable, Segment, or Databricks
- Strong background in designing and analyzing A/B testing programs
- Experience in building reporting frameworks and communicating insights to senior leadership
