Job Summary
Strategically overseeing a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, the remote Director of Lifecycle Marketing will lead a high-performing team to drive innovative acquisition and retention strategies across various channels, while managing client relationships and developing lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle strategies and serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders for enterprise/high-growth accounts
- Design scalable customer journeys and lifecycle programs, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals
- Establish measurement frameworks and drive experimentation strategies to optimize performance and revenue growth
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation
- Proven success in developing enterprise lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and omnichannel lifecycle marketing
- Experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or HubSpot
