Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of the member lifecycle, the full-time Director of Lifecycle Marketing will manage the lifecycle for over 2 million monthly active members across various channels, while leading the lifecycle team and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data & Insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, enhancing member experience from onboarding through winback
- Establish and manage the lifecycle calendar and reporting processes to track performance metrics and improve engagement
- Lead and mentor a high-performing lifecycle team, fostering a member-first mindset and a strong testing culture
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for B2C brands, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end lifecycle programs across multiple channels, including email and push notifications
- Hands-on expertise in Braze or a comparable enterprise CRM, including segmentation and behavioral triggers
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and A/B testing
- Experience applying AI to lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on personalization and automation
