Job Summary
To support a growing travel community, the full-time salaried Director of Lifecycle Marketing will define and scale member communications strategies, optimizing engagement through omni-channel lifecycle marketing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic roadmap and execution of customer communications across various channels, optimizing existing programs and launching new strategies
- Establish cross-functional processes for campaign execution, measurement, and reporting, partnering with data teams to evolve lifecycle performance insights
- Develop messaging playbooks for product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless customer experiences through collaboration with various teams
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, preferably in consumer marketplace or membership products
- Proven track record in building high-volume lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong project management skills with experience collaborating across Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with campaign building and workflow automation, particularly in mobile-first environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Braze and AI personalization technologies
