Job Summary
Leading the vision and strategy for live operations, the full-time remote Director of Live Operations will manage events, promotions, and player engagement initiatives to enhance retention and monetization while building a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the live ops strategic roadmap, aligning with retention and revenue goals
- Manage and develop the live ops team, ensuring effective performance management and scalable processes
- Oversee the execution of the events calendar, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of promotions and tournaments
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in live operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience building and owning a live ops roadmap in gaming or mobile gaming
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and data-driven strategy
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams at a strategic level
