Job Summary
Leading a high-performing inside sales team, the full-time remote Director of Loan Sales will manage sales operations, optimize the sales process, and oversee partner channels to drive qualified borrower volume in the debt resolution loan product space.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to a team of 35+ inside sales representatives, including coaching and developing managers
- Own the full sales funnel from lead receipt through funded loan, ensuring clear definitions and continuous improvements at each stage
- Manage relationships with loan sourcing partners to enhance inbound borrower volume and negotiate referral agreements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in consumer lending or direct-to-consumer sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record managing inside sales teams and developing a management layer
- Experience with direct mail campaigns, including creative rollout and test design
- Strong background in sales operations, including pipeline reporting and CRM configuration
- Analytical skills with proficiency in building performance reports and forecasting models
