• Scale the in-house driver fleet and transition from a fully third-party model to a hybrid system
• Overhaul logistics workflows and establish reliable operating processes that ensure smooth execution

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, operations, or supply chain, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in building and scaling delivery operations, including launching in-house fleets
• Strong understanding of last-mile operations fundamentals
• Proven ability to design repeatable workflows and scale execution effectively
• Comfort with AI/automation and data-driven decision-making
