Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Loss Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary loss mitigation team for remediation, repair, and disaster response
• Oversee system diagnostics, prioritization, and resolution of underperforming solar systems
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with performance standards and quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in solar operations, asset management, construction, or loss mitigation
• 5+ years of experience in people management, including leading large operational teams
• Deep understanding of residential solar systems and installation practices
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost-benefit evaluation
