Director of Loss Mitigation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Loss Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary loss mitigation team for system remediation, repairs, and disaster response
• Oversee the diagnosis and resolution of underperforming solar systems while ensuring compliance with requirements
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in solar operations, asset management, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in people management, including leading large operational teams
• Deep understanding of residential solar systems and O&M best practices
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost-benefit analysis
