Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Loss Prevention Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Market Investigations team to enhance shortage and safety initiatives across all stores
- Develop and implement an investigations model to drive results and mitigate internal theft
- Collaborate with Corporate and Field stakeholders to align investigation resources and strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in internal and external investigations
- Experience negotiating with law enforcement agencies
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Field Loss Prevention leadership experience preferred
- Ability to learn new software applications with minimal training
