Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Loss Prevention Investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Market Investigations team to enhance shortage and safety initiatives across all stores
  • Develop and implement an investigations model to drive results and mitigate internal theft
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Field stakeholders to align investigation resources and strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in internal and external investigations
  • Experience negotiating with law enforcement agencies
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Field Loss Prevention leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new software applications with minimal training
