Director of M&A Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of M&A Finance to support strategic financial decisions related to mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead valuation analysis for M&A opportunities using various valuation practices
• Manage the M&A due diligence process, identifying financial risks and opportunities
• Prepare financial schedules for senior leadership and the Board of Directors

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree with typically 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Valuation, M&A, and transaction advisory
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with minimal direction and present results effectively
• Financial reporting knowledge, including income statements and cash flow statements
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including discounted cash flow modeling and market multiple analysis
• Experience with Capital IQ is preferred
