Director of M&A Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of M&A Integration & Partner Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of acquired companies and manage ongoing partner relationships
• Define strategic direction and manage the cross-functional integration process from Day 1
• Track deal success metrics and update senior leadership on partnership and M&A progress

Required Qualifications

• ~10+ years of experience with M&A integration in a fast-moving environment
• Proven ownership of the entire integration process
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and communicate with the executive team
• Independent with the ability to deliver with limited oversight
• Proficiency with financials and financial modeling is a plus
