Director of M&A Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of M&A Integration & Synergy Realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration efforts for newly acquired businesses and manage the integration management office
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Sales
• Develop and refine integration playbooks while tracking synergy realization and identifying value creation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or management consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex integration programs, preferably in industrial services or logistics
• Strong understanding of synergy identification and realization
• Ability to influence and collaborate with executive and operational teams
