Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of M&A Integration & Synergy Realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration efforts for newly acquired businesses and manage the integration management office (IMO)
• Coordinate across major functions to ensure alignment and execution of integration plans while maintaining business continuity
• Implement and refine the integration playbook, capturing lessons learned and driving consistency in integration processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading complex integration programs, preferably in industrial services or logistics
• Strong understanding of synergy identification, tracking, and realization
• Ability to influence and collaborate with executive and operational teams in a fast-paced environment
