Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of M&A Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, partnering with executive leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across various departments to ensure alignment and effective integration plans
• Implement and refine integration playbooks and track synergy realization for cost savings and revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or management consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex integration programs, preferably in relevant industries
• Strong understanding of synergy identification and realization
• Ability to influence and collaborate with executive and operational teams
