Director of M&A Integration

Job Summary

Managing the overall operating platform deployment, the full-time salaried Director of M&A Integration will act as the primary point of contact for conversion-related activities while working remotely to ensure successful integration of newly acquired firms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment plans and resources, coordinating with cross-program work streams to complete tasks
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including project scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk management
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and manage communications with corporate and end-user stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting with relevant project management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with agency management system implementation and insurance or brokerage operations
• PMP Certification preferred
• Proven ability to drive projects and meet critical deadlines in a dynamic environment
