Director of M&A Integration

Job Summary

Managing the overall operating platform deployment, the remote Director of M&A Integration will serve as the primary contact for conversion-related activities, ensuring timely project launches and effective stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment plans and resources, coordinating with cross-program work streams
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including project scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk management
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and manage communications with corporate and end-user stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, or relevant project management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in insurance and/or brokerage, including agency management system implementation
• PMP Certification preferred
• Proven ability to propose operational solutions and manage multiple stakeholders
