Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of M&A - IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise IT M&A strategy, including technology due diligence and integration planning
• Lead end-to-end IT due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, assessing various technology risks
• Oversee IT integration planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles supporting M&A
• Demonstrated experience leading IT due diligence and post-merger integrations
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
• Experience operating in fast-paced, deal-driven environments with multiple initiatives
