Director of M&A IT Integration

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of IT integrations, the full-time remote Director of M&A IT Integration will manage end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and successful integration outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of new M&A transactions throughout all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and post-merger integration
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on integration approaches and organizational structures
• Define key performance indicators for integration-related activities and support synergy realization tracking in partnership with Finance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience or relevant experience in Global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations
• Strong background in information technology and enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment in global, matrixed organizations
• Experience in developing executive communications and integration governance reporting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while addressing challenges proactively
