Director of M&A Operations

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end integration outcomes across the APEX portfolio, the full-time Director of M&A Operations will manage integration strategies, drive executive alignment on strategic initiatives, and lead the COO team's capabilities, all while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own accountability for integration outcomes, defining success metrics and ensuring workstream owners meet objectives
• Drive the COO Office's strategic agenda, fostering executive alignment and managing cross-functional initiatives
• Build and develop the COO team's strength, ensuring focus on high-priority projects and effective execution

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior strategic operations roles
• Experience with M&A integration and understanding of its full lifecycle
• Proven track record as a business owner with accountability for outcomes
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with ELT audiences
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
