Director of M&A Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of M&A Operations will own the P&L for acquired sites, manage Site General Managers, and lead post-acquisition integration efforts to stabilize and enhance performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the operational P&L across all acquired sites, ensuring revenue performance and cost management
• Manage Site General Managers, setting performance expectations and conducting regular operating reviews
• Lead end-to-end operational integration of newly acquired companies, executing structured 30/60/90-day plans

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, 3PL, or logistics operations, with 3+ years in multi-site team management
• Proven P&L ownership in a fulfillment or distribution environment with a track record of improving productivity
• Experience leading post-acquisition integration or operational turnarounds within defined timelines
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational KPIs and data-driven recovery plans
• Ability to build trust with inherited teams and lead change in ambiguous environments
