Director of M&A Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading M&A transactions from inception to execution, the remote Director of M&A Partnerships will manage the full scope of the mergers and acquisitions process while collaborating with various departments and cultivating relationships with business owners and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the competitive landscape and assist in developing M&A strategic initiatives
• Lead and manage the end-to-end mergers and acquisition process
• Prepare financial analyses and due diligence on potential acquisition targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, preferably in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of valuation techniques and financial modeling
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
