Director of Machine Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director or Director of Machine Learning Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the Machine Learning organization focused on HCM and FIN services
• Lead all phases of the Machine Learning software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to integration
• Inspire and grow the team while managing project priorities and roadblocks

Required Qualifications

• A master's or Ph.D. degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field
• 8-10 years of industry experience in machine learning, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML libraries
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks
• Expertise in generative AI and familiarity with ML algorithms and frameworks
