Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term AI and Machine Learning strategy for the Documents & Biometrics domain
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across the full ML lifecycle and oversee the development of ML models
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior machine learning engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and computer vision, with significant leadership experience
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions from concept through production and ongoing optimization
• Strong experience in building and operating MLOps pipelines and production ML systems
• Experience in regulated environments or compliance-driven ML development is beneficial
