Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term vision for ML/AI applications and engineering, aligning with corporate strategy
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale ML/AI solutions and ensure operational excellence
• Build and mentor a high-performing organization while establishing standards for security, scalability, and architectural integrity across ML/AI systems

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, or MS with 12+ years of experience
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and large engineering teams
• Proven track record in building production-grade ML systems and hands-on experience with various model types
• Deep knowledge of ML lifecycle tools and cloud-native architectures
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational scaling
