Director of Machine Learning Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Machine Learning Engineering (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an engineering organization for the Personalization Platform to enable real-time, personalized product experiences
• Define technical strategy and delivery roadmap for recommendation systems, GenAI infrastructure, and MLOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced recommendation systems and ensure robust ML infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of experience
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience
• 7 years of experience managing an engineering team
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on major cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Golang, and hands-on experience with ML frameworks
