A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services for their Machine Learning Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing AI/ML professional services team, focusing on hiring and mentoring
• Develop executive relationships with Enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor during AI transformations
• Align with cross-functional teams to define strategies for strategic accounts and ensure effective delivery coordination

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing and building teams of data scientists/ML engineers
• Ability to scope and guide technical engagements in enterprise environments
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science
• Experience in leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
