Director of Managed Account Operations

Job Summary

Leading the buildout and expansion of managed account operations, the full-time salaried Director of Managed Account Operations will develop scalable operating models, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless trade execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and expansion of managed account platform operations and services
• Direct daily operations for SMA and UMA programs, ensuring operational excellence
• Oversee trade lifecycle processes, including execution support and settlement processing

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience managing operations on managed account or middle office platforms
• Strong understanding of SMA/UMA structures and managed account operating models
• Experience building or scaling managed services or outsourced operating models
• Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in investment operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
