Director of Managed Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Managed Care Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage payor agreements, including implementation and ongoing management
• Oversee the lifecycle of managed care contracts and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and develop standardized enrollment processes and workflows

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10+ years of progressive managed care contracting and enrollment experience
• Demonstrated success in payor negotiations and financial performance
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial contracting processes
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
