A company is looking for a Director of Managed Care Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop negotiation strategies and financial projections for managed care payers
• Communicate negotiation strategies and status to internal stakeholders
• Manage payer updates and maintain an organized contract database

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare related to government contracting, consulting, or managed care
• Home Health Care or Insurance Plan background required
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare HMO's and PPO's
• Strong Microsoft skills and hands-on experience with proposal pricing
