Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design, proposal, and sales process for large-scale managed learning engagements
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to drive long-term partnership and revenue growth
• Identify emerging trends and represent the firm at industry events to promote expertise in managed learning services

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in the training development services industry
• 5+ years in consulting services, sales, and delivery
• 3-5 years application-based training background
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Learning, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree desirable
• Deep understanding of learning operations and digital learning technologies
