Job Summary

Leading a global team of managers and consultants, the full-time salaried Director of Managed Services will provide strategic leadership, implement AI service improvements, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to reliability consulting practices
• Manage delivery escalations and oversee customer program statuses
• Grow and scale the managed services practice to meet market opportunities

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Experience leading global teams with an appreciation for cultural differences
• Technical background in system administration, SRE, database administration, or software engineering
• Proven record of excellence in team building and collaboration
• Knowledge of industry trends and various delivery models
