Director of Managed Services

Job Summary

To enhance the delivery of managed services, the full-time salaried Director of Managed Services will oversee operational strategy, client relationships, and technical oversight while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set and maintain operational standards and performance benchmarks across managed service lines and the Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Serve as the senior delivery owner for enterprise and SMB client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Define and maintain technical strategy and operational standards for service-aligned technical teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managed services, IT operations, or technology service delivery
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers and multi-functional teams
• Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and delivery P&L
• Strong operational background, including SLA management and service metrics
• Experience spanning both NOC/operations and technical service delivery disciplines
