Job Summary
Overseeing all aspects of service engagements and operational performance, the full-time remote Director of Managed Services will manage a distributed operations team, lead financial planning, and ensure effective service delivery while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Direct a 24x7x365 operations team, incorporating remote resources across multiple states
- Develop and maintain department goals, metrics, and KPIs while ensuring accountability for engagement deadlines and client requirements
- Assess financial reports to maintain profitability levels and optimize operations through targeted efficiencies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-tenant infrastructure tools and systems
- 8+ years of experience in a multi-tenant service provider environment
- Experience with ITIL v4 framework standards
- Strong strategic planning and analytics skills with a focus on service delivery excellence
- Financial acumen, including understanding gross profit and net income
