Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, US Value & Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead U.S. market access strategies aligned with brand and portfolio objectives
• Shape and implement integrated evidence plans to support access and payer negotiations
• Guide economic modeling and budget impact analyses for payer discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in U.S. Market Access, Value & Access, or related roles
• Proven experience leading access strategy for product launches
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals and/or rare disease preferred
• Demonstrated collaboration and leadership experience in matrixed organizations
