Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Market Access - VA and Government Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reimbursement strategies for VA and Government coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling evidence and value propositions for Payer policy
• Monitor policy changes and industry trends to establish best practices for reimbursement strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in Market Access, Payer Relations, or Health Economics, particularly with VA and Government entities
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Deep understanding of reimbursement models and healthcare policy
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with clinical, product, and sales teams
