Director of Market Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Market Access - VA and Government Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive reimbursement strategy for VA and Government coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create evidence and value propositions that drive account favorability
• Monitor policy changes and industry trends to establish best practices for reimbursement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in Sales, Market Access, Payer Relations, or Health Economics, particularly with VA and Government Entities
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to influence external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Payer/Account requirements and Government accounts
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with clinical, product, and sales teams
