Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of US Field Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement provider education efforts to support neuromodulation programs
• Lead advocacy efforts with commercial and governmental payers for coverage and payment adequacy
• Monitor healthcare policy and communicate the reimbursement landscape to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in health policy or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience advocating to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid agencies
• Experience educating healthcare providers on coding, coverage, and payment
• Neuromodulation experience preferred
• Experience developing payer engagement strategies and managing diverse product portfolios
