Director of Market Access Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Value and Access Strategy - CNS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a cross-portfolio approach to market access customers
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure payer value drivers are incorporated into marketing initiatives
• Manage Payer Marketing budget resources and lead market access channel assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience in sales or marketing, with at least 6+ years in market access
• Solid track record of driving market access initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrix team environment
• Excellent planning and strategy development skills
