Director of Market Accounting
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Market Accounting will manage functional accounting processes, oversee month-end close activities, and develop strategic business initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to functional department accounting processes, including financial results communication and partnership distributions
- Oversee the execution of the month-end close process and support the forecast and budget process for the functional department
- Develop and implement a business strategy for the owned books of business, enhancing existing processes and stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
- Prior management experience required
- Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP
- CPA preferred but not required
