Job Summary

Leading the global strategy and execution of integrated market development initiatives, the full-time Director of Market Development will drive pipeline growth and revenue across core business segments in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing programs for target segments in the Biopharmaceutical, Animal Health, and Reproductive Medicine markets
  • Partner with commercial leadership to define go-to-market strategies and optimize demand generation initiatives for lead generation and revenue growth
  • Oversee the omnichannel demand generation funnel, driving performance and continuous optimization across all marketing channels
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in the Biopharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid media, social, email, and lead nurturing
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce/Pardot
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
