Job Summary

Leading enterprise market and competitive intelligence initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Market Intelligence will develop intelligence programs, conduct proprietary research, and collaborate across departments to enhance strategic decision-making and market positioning.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve the enterprise market and competitive intelligence program, including frameworks and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct proprietary and ad hoc research to support strategic planning and monitor external market dynamics
  • Create and maintain intelligence assets such as competitor profiles, dashboards, and insights reports to inform corporate strategy
Required qualifications
  • Experience in the pharmacy benefits management industry is required
  • 10+ years of experience in insights or strategy is necessary
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across all departments and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong skills in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities tailored to diverse audiences
