Job Summary
Leading enterprise market and competitive intelligence initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Market Intelligence will develop intelligence programs, conduct proprietary research, and collaborate across departments to enhance strategic decision-making and market positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the enterprise market and competitive intelligence program, including frameworks and stakeholder communication
- Conduct proprietary and ad hoc research to support strategic planning and monitor external market dynamics
- Create and maintain intelligence assets such as competitor profiles, dashboards, and insights reports to inform corporate strategy
Required qualifications
- Experience in the pharmacy benefits management industry is required
- 10+ years of experience in insights or strategy is necessary
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all departments and build relationships with stakeholders
- Strong skills in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and opportunities
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities tailored to diverse audiences
